Beautiful beer garden👍It is worth visiting The only drawback, parking spaces could be better signposted

We celebrated our church wedding in the Birkenheide this year and couldn't have imagined the day more beautiful. From the champagne reception to the final dance, everything was planned and prepared with so much attention to detail. We were able to approach the Birkenheide with every request, they had an open ear for everything and always a solution in case something went wrong (which unfortunately cannot be avoided). We also felt safe during the preparations and they were always at our side. Conclusion: super nice people! We'll definitely come back to celebrate - even if it won't be a wedding;) Price-performance ratio is right!

We were in the beer garden today and what do I have to say: Service and the food a complete disaster! And it was only about 2 currywurst dishes and chicken nuggets with french fries. Why do you give out the currywurst when the 3 dish is still 10 minutes. Lasts and meanwhile everything else gets cold? Everything carelessly slapped on the plate or in the cardboard box. I don't have to drive 30 km for that, definitely not! Almost 24 euros thrown out the window, that was the last time. Too bad.

The alleged bread at the Brotzeitbrettl was a "JOKE" to put it mildly. Instead of the usual in a Bavarian beer garden, where there are usually at least two slices of bread with a snack board, there was half a slice !!!!! Sesame roll and a small slice of oregano baguette in a paper bag (which is actually justifiable for the purpose of Corona) so that you don't immediately notice what's inside. Where should you spread your spreadable sausage or lard on it? We are used to something different from other beer gardens.

It couldn't be better! A few days ago we had a wonderful birthday party with our family and friends in the Birkenheide. Everything was TOP - perfect organization, great service, excellent food and drinks and the fantastic location. A very special thank you to Sandra and her team. M&J

The location is very nice, unfortunately the obazde was much too racy, the tomato was moldy, you couldn't eat it. The ribs were good and so was the Emmentaler.

Dear Ramona Kuchler, dear Sandra Emontz, we want to thank you and your great employees. Despite this year's special circumstances due to COVID-19 made our wedding a very special day. It was fantastic, we couldn't have imagined it more beautiful. Also a special thanks to Gisela and Flo who really took care of everything on our day. All our wishes were met. The food was delicious. There is something for everyone here. A large playground for the children, right next to the beautiful beer garden by a small lake, is also a very nice area for e.g. Weddings available.

Anyone who likes chic will feel at home. For everyone else: steer clear of the birch heather. Operators have absolutely no desire for "normal people", they prefer to rely on all the Audi managers and let you feel it. The customers are accordingly.

Nice beer garden. The food wasn't a hit. The roast pork was plentiful. The meat was good, the dumplings were finished and tasted. The salad with goat cheese, only the cheese was good here. The frisee salad was very bitter and actually inedible. The rest of it tasted like salad from the glass. A good salad would be that easy. The mushrooms and dumplings weren't a hit either. Price, performance was not right. Was rather disappointed with the food.

After a long time there again. Food was much better than a year ago. Great. Unfortunately there is a long wait at the bar.

Really great location and friendly staff. Food is rather average, but still okay. There is a deduction for the cake, cheesecake that didn't taste like anything at all. You should check whether this is always the case or whether the confectioner made a mistake. All in terms of price, if the quality were better.

Overall a very nice place to be. Friendly staff and very clean. The pond is also quite nice and well taken care of. Big fishies are a plus too! It does have a very "modern" approach which might not be for everyone. Especially as it's built do accommodate 100s of people and it shows. You should go somewhere else if you're looking for a cozy, more "traditional" Biergarten. Otherwise definitely worth a visit and I recommend!

Very clean and modern. Unfortunately, a bit of flair has been lost due to modernity, which is a matter of taste. 1 star deduction because the food is really nothing special. Has something of "swimming pool food". Not bad but for the price I've eaten better.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the food at all! We wanted to celebrate with a few people there, but they tried to talk us out of it all. Talking badly about Maximilian's kitchen, but at the same time making everything so complicated that you don't feel like celebrating anymore, is rather counterproductive for business!

Great place as a Christmas market, beautiful lights. Just a bit expensive and difficult to access, if you don't have your own vehicle, especially while returning.

Cycled 15km for some nice German food and beer! If you’re in the mood for some other kind of cuisine, don’t bother... this place is as German as they come !

Only three points due to the food. Schnitzel was like pressed meat with tightly wrapped breadcrumbs and very greasy in taste. Cheese spaetzle was ok, but spicy roasted onions. Ambience beer garden with lake and children's playground were top. Toilet was modern, clean and handicapped accessible.

Wow just great, I have not been here for several years now. It has changed a lot and it has become great. A beer garden of a special kind! Will definitely come back, next time with family. A real secret tip! Belongs to the most beautiful beer gardens in Bavaria!

Super beer garden, and a good selection of food.

Lovely setting on edge of lake. Immaculately clean and tidy. Plenty of things for children to do in the playground and also lovely walks in and around the park like gardens and buildings. I was there this time for a wedding at the Events part of the business which coexist very well together.
